** Strength-Based Approaches for Student Mental Health in the Elementary Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Strength-based approaches to supporting students are rooted in the belief that we are capable of learning and growth, and that we can all be involved in the process of our own growth. Move towards co-constructing positive senses of self alongside the students you support in this session where you will learn more about how you can build on strengths to promote strong senses of agency in students to empower their independence, strengthen their mental health, and ignite their personal growth. Walk away with strategies you can use in your classroom the next day!

We will explore self-regulation, growth mindset, social-emotional learning and design classroom routines that support the mental health needs of every student, every day.
