You need to bring supplies OR buy participant kits from the speaker for some sessions. The session description gives the information to purchase. KITS NEED TO BE PAID FOR IN TIME FOR THE SUPPLIES TO BE MAILED TO YOU. You can filter for these sessions using: Purchase or gather supplies.

Post-Convention Event Survey
Most kids count on their fingers to add. This method will not only correct this ineffective habit but it will lay the foundation for multiplication using the same method. Your students will learn to see natural patterns in numbers that will make it easy to see the answer to basic addition questions quickly, allowing their brain the time and energy to focus on the rest of math. This method is similar to the abacus style of addition, but with more connections and shortcuts to make it easy for kids to understand. Kenzy Math has been developed and refined in the classroom for years with record breaking results. Even children with special needs or learning disabilities can master this method and learn to love math. Every concept like geometry, fractions or algebra depends on a solid foundation of math facts. Students who struggle with basic skills like addition and multiplication will generally struggle with the rest of math. This is the first step to success with numbers.
