The Energy And The Environment unit in Science 30 is based upon these Focusing Questions:

“How can Canadians and other members of the international community conserve energy and maintain quality of life? What are the benefits and costs of available non-renewable energy sources and of developing renewable energy sources? What is our energy future?”

In session, I will demonstrate several sources of up to date information that students can use to analyze humanity's global energy use.
