Booth Energy Ecosystem
Rocky View County, Alberta

Energy is essential to life. For hundreds of years, energy has continued to evolve to meet the needs of humanity. However, balancing energy with quality of life and the environment is one of the greatest challenges of our times. It is important to think critically about energy and to make informed choices around our own energy footprint to ensure we have affordable and reliable energy for many years to come. There is no single solution that meets all of our energy requirements, so it’s going to mean balancing all energy sources together to meet the world demand while at the same time protecting the environment. We are the center of the energy ecosystem and change starts with every single one of us. How will you shape the future of our energy ecosystem?

Energy Ecosystem provides FREE curriculum-focused videos and accompanying learning materials for high school teachers to support a balanced discussion in the classroom on the current energy sources available and the challenges of meeting the growing demand for energy, while at the same time addressing environmental concerns.
