IMPORTANT! PRIVACY INFORMATION FOR RECORDED SESSIONS AND YOUR PROFILE ON SCHED:
To create an account so you can make a personal schedule, click on the Login or Signup link at the top right side of the screen. Click on the Information link below for PIPA INFORMATION , how to log in, and how to make your Sched account private.

These will be available in Sched later on. Please download them ahead of time as the handouts for many sessions are required to have a hands on experience.

SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED FOR SOME SESSIONS:
You need to bring supplies OR buy participant kits from the speaker for some sessions. The session description gives the information to purchase. KITS NEED TO BE PAID FOR IN TIME FOR THE SUPPLIES TO BE MAILED TO YOU. You can filter for these sessions using: Purchase or gather supplies.

1. HOW TO USE SCHED
If you want to create a SCHED account, edit your profile, sign-up for an event, make a personal schedule, sync your selected sessions with your calendar app, or delete your account, please check out the SCHED Attendee Guides.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY PROTECTION
Information you share on SCHED (including your name, email address, and session preferences) may be stored on servers outside of Canada in jurisdictions where it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.

Many of the live sessions will be recorded and available for two or more days after the convention and may be housed on servers outside Canada and beyond the ATA’s control. Your participation in this session is voluntary and indicates your consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information during the session under the provisions of the Personal Information Protection of Alberta (PIPA). The ATA privacy officer is available to answer any questions or concerns at margaret.shane@ata.ab.ca. You may choose to turn your video off during the Zoom session.
