Heather John
Heather John is a Cree educator who lives in Strathmore. She regularly shares Indigenous culture and knowledge with local teachers and students. Heather currently works as a senior independent consultant for various educational and arts based organizations. She is a program designer, content creator, and community collaborator whose work is featured on the CRC and Science Alberta websites. As a Knowledge Keeper with expertise in holistic design in Indigenous pedagogy, she excels in change management and organizational transformations. She is a Cree Métis woman with a Masters Degree in Education, and also holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Social Work. Heather lives in Strathmore.
